1. Hanging on the telephone - The premium rate con

Consumers are told by letter, text or telephone message of a sweepstake win or holiday offer, but must call a premium rate 090 number to claim, costing up to £1.50 a minute.

Value of average scam: £80

2. Chain of fools - Pyramid selling and chain-letter scams

These offer a return on investment based on the number of new recruits to the scheme. For everyone to make money, an endless supply of newcomers is needed.

Total people scammed: 480,000 a year
Value of average scam: £930

3. Club tropicana - Bogus holiday clubs

Holidaymakers are invited to a presentation to collect a prize and are pressurised into joining an exclusive holiday club. They later find out their free holiday does not include 'extras' such as flights.

Total people scammed: 400,000 a year
Value of average scam: £3,000

4. Spamalot - Internet dialler scams

Internet users open a spam email, click on a pop-up box or visit a pay-per-view website and unwittingly download dial-up software connecting them to the internet via an expensive telephone line.

Total people scammed: 400,000 a year
Value of average scam: £170

5. Winner takes all - Sweepstake and prize draw rip-offs

Most common form is notification of cash prizes in return for fees.

6. Nine-to-five - Work at home scams

Take the form of adverts for paid work from home, but ask for cash upfront.

7. Crystal ball - Fake clairvoyant letters

Correspondence from a so-called psychic or clairvoyant offering predictions in return for upfront payments.

8. Desperado - The foreign lottery scam

Consumers receive a letter, phone call or email saying they have won a prize in an overseas lottery. They are asked to send money to cover administration or taxes.

9. Fat boy slim - Fake health and slimming cures

People receive a mailing or email promising to cure everything from baldness or cancer to impotency.

10. You never give me your money - Bogus loans

After people pay an upfront insurance fee, they never hear from the company again - or get the loan.

Total people scammed: 110,000 a year
Value of average scam: £1,810

I read that report and get exited with NUMBER 6 on the scam list. I just want to say that work at home still a good choice for us. But you must careful with it and don't get scam because you want the money so much.

New Tournament and Get Free Money From Robo

Hi all,
You guys still remember RoboGold right ? The site that offer free money each day for us.
Now, they have tournament and you can try it.

The rules for the Robo-gold tournament and contest are as following:

1. You are becoming a participant of Robo-gold Tournament automatically once you got at least one bonus.

Gain Big Money With Dare

Many people still don't believe they can earn money through internet. We have heard that many people have failed because got scam or lose in forex but some people gain big money through internet and forex. So I think it's all depends on yourself, you can be the success one or the failure one.

Why many people failed?? Because they haven't had guts to take a big actions. They heard many people failed because got scam or lose many in forex then they think better not to do online investment and forex.
